Holiday Stress Creeping In?
Category: Healthy Mindset
If the
holidays have you feeling more wired, emotional, or stretched thin, you are not alone. This season can be wonderful, and it can also be a lot.
Here’s what helps me: stress and mood are connected. When stress goes up, sleep gets lighter, cravings get stronger, patience gets shorter, and everything feels harder. Before I reach for anything extra, I start with a few basics that make the biggest difference.
Quick calm basics:
- Move a little: 10-minute walk or a quick stretch to release tension.
- Calm signal: 5 slow breaths (longer exhale), or step outside for 2 minutes.
- Protein first: steady meals help prevent the “hangry and overwhelmed” crash.
- Simple wind-down: dim lights, phone away, tea or shower, then bed.
- Connect: a quick call or voice note can lower stress fast.
If you want supplement support, look for ingredients like:
- L-theanine (calm focus, not sleepy)
- Ashwagandha (stress resilience)
- Saffron (mood support)
- B vitamins (mood-related neurotransmitters)
- L-tyrosine (focus under stress)
- Beta-sitosterol (often used in stress blends)
Two options I recommend
- Cheer Up & Chill Out – Great for mood balance and a calmer, more steady feeling. It includes ashwagandha and clinically tested L-theanine to help you find your calm, plus B vitamins and clinically tested saffron to help promote a healthy mood balance.

- Stress Relief Complex – Designed for stress management support when life is full and you want help staying calm and clear. It contains L-theanine, ashwagandha, beta-sitosterol, and L-tyrosine to promote a calm, relaxed state without drowsiness, support alertness and concentration during times of stress, and support healthy cortisol balance. Contains no kava.

Reply “CALM” and I’ll send details on both products and how to choose between them.
Cheering you on,
Jerry
